The TiK ToK hitmaker grew up as the child of a floundering composer, and was not even paid for her first large break in which she supplied the main backing vocals on Flo Rida’s massive hit “Right Round.” And now she is coming into cash following the successfulness of her debut album “Animal,” the star insists she has no intention to live lavishly - as the memories of being poor are still raw. She tells STV.com, “I can’t stand snobbish folks. I suspect growing up without money has taught me not to take myself seriously. I am the same person I was when I was selling clothes to get a taco for dinner, I just have one or two additional USD. “I purchased a 1998 Honda auto, which I required. I do not believe in wasting money when there are folks in the world who can’t eat. If I earn a large amount of cash, I will treat myself, but I am not going to be ludicrous. I suspect it’s a little gross. “I don’t love laying out cash on stuff. I may buy some instruments though.” you will not be seeing Ke$ha transform into a main line star shortly, if she has any say in the problem.
