What If?

Posted by admin on June 20th, 2008

What if you just signed up with one of the many on-line Home Business Opportunities?

Good for you! This is an important first step to financial independence. You probably are an optimist and you are excited to see the results that are to come. But it won’t be long and you are second guessing yourself as to whether it will really be paying off. If you are like me, that first sign-up gets you all excited and you are checking the commission earned tab many times before it actually started to show a profit.

What if the organization you signed up with, actually starts to cut you checks?

This will be one of the most exciting days you will ever experience. The first checks should be savored and a photocopy should be made to remind you what it felt like. Soon however you realize that the income stream is smaller then you anticipated and it takes much longer and more work before you reach your goals. Don’t give up because the first steps are the hardest!

What if you decide to sign up for a second affiliate to speed up the process of financial independence?

Good for you! This is a wise move. If one program can earn you some money, then two should double your chances,…… right? But just a minute, the work is starting to pile up too. All those e-mails that need to be checked and responded to; the many passwords you need to remember;……..and not least of all the different fees that need to be paid to receive the right tools. Don’t despair, you are on the right path. Did you know that most on-line entrepreneurs are involved with an average of 4 different programs? The successful ones are into as many as hundreds. The problem is that you have only so many hours in the day to work on these projects. You still have a full-time job. Your income stream is still just a trickle. Most of the really successful on-line entrepreneurs have hired help or a spouse that dedicated his/her life to the business. You don’t…..your spouse still thinks you’re nuts.

What if you are starting to realize that to earn a fulltime wage requires fulltime hours.

I know soooo many promise that 3 hours a week will earn you a full-time income…..but let’s get real. Maybe that happens over a long period of time. You want success sooner ….right?

What if you could actually sign up with many programs but not have to duplicate all the work over and over.

And ………………………..

What if such a program would give you the tools to manage the different aspects of all the affiliates and product sales?

And…………..

What if such a program would teach you how to manage all aspects without having to spend 40 hours a week.

This would be like having your own staff. Secretaries, web managers, accountants, sales people etc. Heh,……just a minute, that is what the big guys have, and do………Right?

What if you can do this by enrolling in one centralized area where you can pick and choose which affiliates to sign up with?

Sounds pretty good to me! Create multiple income streams and manage them all by one program that tracks everything and a program that has built in tools like autoresponders, shared advertising programs and gives advice, tip and tricks to be more successful.

This is exactly what I did and believe me I am so happy that is they way I went. It makes the difference between struggling for years to get to the top with countless hours behind the computer. Yes I still spend countless hours behind the computer but now because I have the time and can afford to……………………much better that way………Right?

If you are at the point where I was, in the beginning stages of building your business, why don’t you come and check this out for yourself. It is free to look at and you can even take it for a test-drive. http://www.referralware.com/home.jsp/1275972845 If you want to start slow, and use just one affiliate to begin with……that’s ok too. Soon you will realize you have too much time on your hands not to get another…and another….and another….!

What if you do what I did….you will get what I got……..a lot of money, sooner then you thought possible!

When you join me and our team; we will guide you every step of the way……right to FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE……….and you will be the one writing these articles…..!!!!

Franchise Opportunity Tips (Part 1)

Posted by admin on June 17th, 2008

Currently there are several thousand franchise opportunities available to prospective business owners, from fast food restaurants to direct mail marketing. Your challenge will be to educate yourself and sift through all the information in order to make the best decision for your personal situation and goals.

1. Be in control: Many of the franchisees will sell you on the idea that they need to pre-qualify you before offering you their opportunity. Don’t let this cloud your judgment with feelings of obligation, and remember you ultimately will have the final decision that is in your best interest.

2. Do personal needs analysis on yourself: What are your goals in business ownership? What type of franchise? How much money do you want to make? Do you want to work from home or do you want more of a “brick and mortar” type of business? How much do you want to invest? Do you want room to expand the business and grow to multiple locations? Anything you can think of what you want to get out of franchise ownership, and make sure you write it down. These will be the beginnings of questions that you will be asking the franchisors and current franchisees.

3. Narrow the Search: Based on the personal needs analysis, select no more than three franchises that potentially will meet those needs.

4. Begin the Research: Find out as much information you can before contacting the franchisors. Most franchises have information posted on their websites. Look for information such as areas that are available, investment amount, years in business/years as a franchised business. Also investigate information that is available with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

This should be a good foundation for you to begin the process of the investigative stage of franchise ownership. We will continue with the next steps to take in Part 2 of Franchise Opportunity Tips.

At the time of Internet’s Big Bang, everything was free, open, to give and to take for the ones who needed.

Now we live the Age of Internet’s Big Bank. Spammers, hackers, web marketing geniuses - among others - who promise The Fortune within a fortnight are killing the goose that laid the golden egg.

That is why WWW should mean Win Win Web to stay alive. It could be quite feasible by importing in this state of the art technology an old cattleman rule “Less than I could have, More than I would have”.

An e-commerce site is trying to succeed in that direction by selling fine art collection photographs in strictly limited edition that exist nowhere else.
The Golden Rule for this new web site called www.oneppm.com (for “One Person Per Million”) is a selective catalog of subjects submitted by top-notch photographers, voted by demanding visitors and edited in strictly limited number following the World Population plus a royalties system to pay the main performers.

That is a four way sysgtem:

1. The top-notch photographer submits an outstanding photo to the web site whose selection committee decides to select or not select it.

2. The selected photo is voted or not voted by the demanding visitors.

3. The elected photo is put into a catalog that is strictly limited to 64 items.

4. To cap that, the number of photographic digital enlargements is strictly limited following the estimated World Population.

Titanium on the Moon

Posted by admin on June 13th, 2008

Mining on the Moon is a perfect idea for manufacturing spacecraft and there is lots of titanium there, which is the metal of choice for space ships and tools, which will be needed in space. It costs too much to send up things into space due to the cost per ounce to reach terminal velocity to escape the Earth’s atmosphere. Rocket engines take a lot of fuel and need a lot of power to life the spacecraft plus its cargo.

There are already many plans to dig up, mine, collect and use the titanium to make the spacecraft. In fact there are many designs for mining equipment and manufacturing apparatuses to make things with the titanium once collected and processed. NASA is now looking at many possible plans to make this dream a reality before 2018.

How much titanium is on the Moon, enough to build 100 ‘Star Trek’ size USS Enterprises, in fact some scientist believe that the moon is part of the Earth’s core and that means the Earth must have huge veins of Titanium also, like the vein which was exposed after the Indonesia Earthquake and Tsunami.

Titanium is presently so valuable and in short supply on the surface of our planet that it makes the moon potentially a valuable source for mining of the metal. This is good news for the commercial future of Space and the vital investment needed to make a Lunar Colony viable. Think on this.

While the ultra-successful Coastal Vacations Call Center has been the envy of the home based business world for over a year now, it is not for everyone.

This tongue in cheek look at the attitudes and characteristics that would prevent an individual from being considered a good candidate for membership was inspired by actual membership statistics. Members with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and failure rates with other business ventures, have been able to experience the success they seek with this system.

Here are the 10 attitudes and characteristics that would prevent you from being considered a good candidate for membership:

(1) You are an expert salesperson. Prospecting, presentations, follow up, overcoming objections and closing sales is easy for you and you also have the ability to reach and recruit the 5% of the population that is just like you.

(2) You enjoy working long hard hours because you feel working hard is better than working smart. Freedom and spending time with family is for the weak. In your opinion, those who allow account executives to conduct business for them while they sleep, travel, or spend time with their family are foolish. After all, you are looking to buy a job, not a business.

(3) You believe every negative lie strangers tell you about the Sales Center and you never feel the need to examine their motives. When shopping for a car, you are most apt to take the advice given to you by General Motors and feel they will give you honest, objective opinions about the Toyota, Ford and Honda you are considering the purchase of. You would take the lies you may be told about the Toyota breaking system at face value and consider them fact. The thought that you could pick up the phone and ask Toyota about the potential problem would never occur to you. Independent research is not necessary because you trust everyone to tell you what is best for you.

(4) You are completely self taught. Trial and error is the best learning system for you. You learned that the stove gets really hot by burning your hand and think everyone should learn the same way. Being taught by expert trainers and mentors that know the path you are traveling and can help you avoid the pitfalls so you can concentrate on activities that lead to success does not seem like a good thing to you.

(5) You are a control freak and don’t ever delegate anything to anyone. You think there is way too much specialization in this world. You feel if your podiatrist is a doctor, that is good enough for you and he should do your heart surgery and dentistry too. You enjoy wearing all the hats. Being the chief salesperson, trainer, product procurement manager, marketing director, copywriter, accountant, and webmaster seems like a simple combination for you to learn and master.

(6) You feel uneasy about giving your new members a simple, duplicatable system that has produced record setting results for over a year. You think your recruits will be just like you. They will want to work like a dog, ignore all the personal rejection and gut it out.

(7) You have an unlimited budget. You see failing to make sales with expensive leads and co-ops as a learning experience. You like to buy overpriced tools from your sponsor and trust him or her 100% even though your first $15,000 has not produced a sale yet

(8) Bill Gates has nothing on you. You can easily build and tweak your own system that will robotically and elegantly educate and sell prospects for you.

(9) You feel most new members will be more comfortable sending a cashier’s check made out to you personally at your home address. In fact, you think having a company in an office building collect the money for you, does not add to your prospect’s comfort level at all.

(10) You believe earning too much money will create problems for you and utilizing such a simple system will not be fair. Even though Coastal members who moved from the old business style to the Sales Center business model report they more than doubled their income with less effort, you would prefer to work harder for less money because it builds character.

I Hope this humorous look at those that should not take the time to look at this record setting selling system, known as the Original Coastal Vacations Call Center, makes you laugh, or at least smile.

I know loosing money, spending endless hours away from your family, being stuck in a dead end job, and being confused about how to improve your situation is no laughing matter. My goal is to help open the eyes of home based business seekers wide enough to find a system that you can have success with.

Dean Marino is now a full time Internet entrepreneur, author, and sales consultant, after 22 years in the auto finance business. He has traveled extensively and has aligned himself with Coastal Vacations after an exhaustive search. He hosts live conference calls several times a week for the Coastal Vacations Sales Center, and was chosen to help train that group’s membership because of his knowledge, and enthusiasm. Some members say they feel his sincerity and enthusiasm jump through the phone at them. Overall, Mr Marino is thought of as an ambasador of, and guru for the successful Coastal Vacations business model he has championed. He co-hosted the first ever podcast to originate from the floor of a Coastal Vacations worldwide membership conference. He also authored an article to help potential home based business owners avoid the common scams aimed at them. Learn more at http://www.retirewithdean.com

About moving companies

Posted by admin on June 8th, 2008

In the recent days, there is a necessity to transfer stuffs, commodities, or even home furniture. Every person keen to move his luggage will look for someone of a body company that is specialized in this act with experience and care. Moving Companies are those companies that aim to move persons’ things from a place to other one. Usually they do that at agreed fees. These companies work, either locally or internationally sometimes. There are common traditions followed by them. In most cases, they ask the client to arrange all his packages of things he wishes them to move. They getting ride completely of the responsibility of wrapping these things. When using their service in moving home furniture, it must take care of old luggage, along with easy-broken stuffs. As a rule, these companies often use transportation methods, such as vans, truckles, and ships. In most cases, their responsibility during moving is related with sudden accidents that cause the moved things’ destruction. Usually, the client will endure any damages occurred due to inconvenient packing and wrapping of his things.

Most of moving companies are organized by certain franchise followed to the mother company. Despite the fact that these companies provide their services at lesser cost, most of investors are inclined to invest their money in this industry. Perhaps the matter is because these companies require easy registration and risk-free.

It is natural occurrence for business owners to reflect on their businesses once per year as a special day approaches - perhaps a birthday, business anniversary, or the start of a new year. Some business owners, however, only make that reflection once per year. That makes for a long time in between to really consider their businesses and contemplate whether they took the direction they intended for them one year ago. It’s a long time to look back to determine whether they accomplished what they set out to accomplish, whether the risks they took worked in their favor, whether they made the contacts they anticipated, the profits they hoped for, and whether their goals were met.

For many people, only doing this once per year allows for that melancholy, regret, even surprise, to set in. Perhaps they anticipated the business would be at a different level one year later. Maybe the realization set in that their business and marketing plans weren’t followed as closely as they had been initially. Undoubtedly, some folks will have the “I wish I had” statements; “I wish I had set regular goals as I intended”, “I wish I had gone to more networking events”.

To avoid the regret, and “I wish I had” statements, it is important to take quarterly and monthly stock of your business as well as those once per year ‘reviews’. I don’t mean going through weekly and monthly goals or to-do lists and seeing how many have been met and accomplished. I mean - take stock of your business as a whole, whether it has had forward movement, what has happened in the past quarter/month, how your time has been spent.

Block out appropriate times in your calendar to do this. It is that important!

At the end of every month, spend 30 minutes considering the month. Consciously think about where your business is now, in relation to the start of the month. Consider your business in the way that you do at the end of each year or each anniversary.

  • Have you stayed on track with your business and marketing plans?
  • Did the business move in a forward direction?
  • Do any “I wish I had” statements come to mind?
  • Are you moving toward finalizing long-term goals?
  • Was your time spent productively?
  • Have sales, client-base and engagements increased as planned?
  • Consider what didn’t work as you would have liked. What can you do differently the next month that will keep you in forward momentum? What do you ‘wish’ you had done this past month that you didn’t? Don’t have the same regrets. Make changes.

Spend an hour going through the same process at the end of each quarter as well. Putting this process into practice will eliminate any regret and surprises as those anniversaries and birthdays approach.

Building a Profitable Online Travel Business

Posted by admin on June 6th, 2008

The web is literally awash with travel websites. Search on Google for ‘discount air travel’ and you will find over 32 million websites. Try ‘cheap accommodation’ and there are over 11 million sites competing for your customer’s dollar. So how do you make a travel website rank highly on Google and the other search engines.

Broadly speaking, strategy in this space is similar to many physical world markets. You have to choose between being universal and being focused. If you want to be universal, i.e. offer a site which provides airline tickets, hotel and car rental bookings anywhere on earth you have to remember that you are up against some pretty stiff competition. The number one ranked site on Google for ‘discount air travel’ is Expedia. It has over 5 million back links as measured by www.marketleap.com. The cost of overtaking these mega sites for popular terms like ‘discount air travel’ is prohibitive. You will never get there. So if you want to be a universal site you must focus on less popular search terms. Look for variants on the popular search terms and try to rank highly against less popular terms. There are still very large numbers of searches done each day on terms like ‘discount plane tickets’ and it will be much easier to rank against this kind of term. Indeed the #1 ranked site on Google for this term isn’t even a home page: always a sign that this space is not too competitive. It also has a PageRank of only 4, which is not difficult to beat.

The focus strategy is easier to understand. Choose one market and optimize your website to rank highly only for that market. It’s not hard to beat the top-ranked players if you are searching for ‘Bed and Breakfast in Woodbridge, Suffolk, England’. Of course the problem here is that the value of ranking highly for this term is almost nil. You have to find the sweet spot of markets where a top-ranked position is valuable but yet the competition for this spot is not too intense. Once you have chosen your target market and its associated target keywords, the challenge is to get your site to rank highly. I do not propose in this article to go over the principles of search engine optimization, or SEO: there are innumerable articles which offer the latest thinking on this topic. However, a central part of all SEO strategies is linking: getting other sites to link to you. There is no substitute for the hard work of persuading other websites to link to yours, in return for a link from yours to them. Ideally you want to focus on a triangular link, where you link from one site and they link back to a different site - this will make your link less suspect in the eyes of the search engines.

Look for a Free Travel Links site such as this one, complete the form, put your link up to their site and they will link back to you within 24 hours. Repeat several hundred or several thousand times, wait a while and you will be pretty much assured of a high ranking on the search engines. Then sit back and count the money.

    Franchise Business Opportunities

Franchise business is being part of a successfully proven business that has a name or trademark that is well known and profitable. Franchise businesses are strategically tried and marketable with options to expand by offering products and services that appeal to the consumer. Having to make the decision on which franchise business to buy can be challenging. Franchise business consultants can offer assistance to evaluate current franchise opportunities with valued insight. A franchise business consultant may also be able to offer assistance to the business owner who wants to make a current business franchisable.

Franchise businesses encompass many industries, offering variety of products and services. Before making a final decision in purchasing a franchise, evaluating skills and experience is a good idea in determining the right industry to indulge in. Is there a demand in the economy for these products and services? What kind of competition is out there? Is the franchise business a successful and reputable company? There are many questions to ask and answer before coming to a final decision on franchise businesses. Talking to a franchise business consultant will help with determining factors on what franchise businesses are the best to invest in.

One of the drawbacks to purchasing a franchise business is capital necessary to invest. There are institutions and financial groups on the Internet that offer help for financing franchise businesses. Some of these financial groups offer options in using a current retirement plan as collateral for franchise businesses. It is a very good idea to have an accountant to perform financial analyses of the business of interest. A franchise business should offer a disclosure statement about their company. This would include names of additional franchisees, a financial statement, costs associated with the business and the responsibilities of the franchisee.

Some franchise brokers will help in the negotiation process of purchasing a franchise business. It is wise to check on the broker’s credentials before engaging in business. Some can offer assistance with working out a plan to franchise an existing business. Benefits to franchise a company may include, capital investments by franchisees, gaining a foothold over competition by opening multiple units, greater buying power through volume purchasing of products and supplies as well as greater name recognition. If you are a home business owner, you know the importance of staying motivated.
And you also know that, some days, it’s more difficult than others.

But success is based on consistent and persistent effort, so staying inspired and enthusiastic
is an essential key to success.

Here are four important tips for keeping motivation high:

    1. Write out your “why” and read it often.
I like to call this my “Vision Statement.” The Laptop Lifestyle really is so rewarding.
I often wonder how anyone can be entirely satisfied without it. To have a completely mobile
and flexible business offers a pretty amazing quality of life. Get excited about this every single day.

Imagine what changes in your life will result from this level of success. You can be home
with your children, never miss another ball game, and do exactly what you like, when you like.

Really feel the “fire in your belly” and the excitement for the financial opportunities and the amazing lifestyle that is before you.
Write out all the reasons why you are working to build your own business from home.
Then post your vision statement where you can see it and re-read it at least daily.

    2. Use the science of success to keep you motivated.
Find a personal growth learning system that works well for you, whether it’s seminars, books, CDs, or
online training. Success University, for example, has monthly achievement courses, which break
down important training courses into 10 to 15 minute increments each day. ( http://save.successuniversity.com )
as well as streaming audio and video courses so that you can take a break from your work and get re-inspired at the same time.

These SU breaks have been instrumental to my success. Specific training on success principles, goal-setting,
and marketing/promotion can keep you working at an efficient and productive pace.

    3. Re-pattern your self-talk.
A huge factor of my success has been my imagining that I’ve already achieved the goal ahead
of time. Spend time visualizing your success, including how it will feel, and remind yourself that you deserve
the time and freedom that you are working toward. Act like you already have it, and you soon will.

Remember to write your affirmations and your vision statement in the present tense (not the future tense).
You are responsible for telling your subconscious mind what it should believe. Tell yourself
you make a lot of money and help a lot of people achieve their goals, and it will begin to
become a reality for you. It might sound very airy-fairy, but it really does work.

    4. Take some time off.
This is a really hard one for me because I so love what I do. But I also know that taking short breaks
throughout the day and even a day off every now and then is crucial. I always come back to my computer
with renewed vigor and tons more ideas.

It’s no accident that many great ideas are born in the shower — because this is a place where we have
stepped away from our thoughts and begin to relax a bit. When we take a break, we see our ideas from a
broader perspective and we can make sure that the direction we’re speeding off in is the right one.
And that can save lots of time in the long run.

    Here’s to your success!
